Sunny Bleau and The Moons is taking their “Blues with a hint of Jazz and Soul” to Memphis, TN for the 41st International Blues Challenge! Joining Sunny and the band and also representing the West Michigan Blues Society is Citizen Jones, the winner of the Solo/Duo challenge!
7-people, 7-days, 1,500 miles round trip, 3 Beale Street area hotel rooms, fuel and food means that the opportunity to compete is going to cost about $140.00/day/person or $7,000 for both acts.
West Michigan Blues Society has established 3 Fund-raising events at Billy's Lounge in Grand Rapids:
1. Sunday November 17, 2025 - Sunny Bleau and The Moons 1-hour Concert with Open Jam Session to follow! Bring your voices, your instruments and band mates! Jam with Sunny and the boys, solo or with your bandmates! The party starts at 2pm! 50/50 Tickets as well as Raffle tickets for special prizes will be for sale!
2. Sunday December 7, 2025 - Citizen Jones, Sunny Bleau and The Moons along with the incredible Stefan Hillesheim band put on a concert for you to usher in the holiday season! Get your Tickets and information at www.wmbs.org
3. Sunday January 4th - The big event before we leave for Memphis! Enjoy a concert featuring Sunny Bleau and The Moons, Citizen Jones and other artists. Auctions and raffle of special prizes and more!
